Art House Gallery is looking for a full time Gallery Administrator and Designer. Friendly, well presented and organised, you'll be assisting the Gallery Director and Gallery Manager with the day to day operations of the gallery and responsible for managing the scheduling, design and production of all marketing and media assets for the Gallery. You will be designing all marketing material and advertising with creative input and working with Gallery design protocols. We have a dynamic exhibition program of exhibitions every four weeks, so you will be liasing with artists, scheduling and planning deadlines for the submission of images and material required for each exhibition, delivery of artworks and assist with coordinating the pre production of exhibitions. You will be managing our online marketing and promotion. There's detailed administration work, managing our stock inventory and updating our website but we promise it won't be boring! There is the opportunity to get involved in sales both in the Gallery and online. You need to be a good communicator, self motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment. What we can promise is interesting, varied work that will build your skills and help us to showcase some of the best Australian contemporary art.
